OGP Returns and Refund Policy for HomePure Nova

Thank you for shopping with OGP. We want to ensure your satisfaction with the great products we offer. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

1.1. We issue refunds immediately if you wish to cancel your order and instigate a refund within 48 hours of purchasing. The refund will be subject to 13.5% deduction per item for admin costs, and costs incurred to us by payment processors and advertisers who do not refund their charges to us once a purchase has been made regardless of cancellation.

Once 48 hours have passed from the time of purchase, your order is sent to the manufacturing plant in South Korea to be processed for manufacturing and shipping. If you cancel your order and instigate a refund after 48 hours of purchasing, your refund will take up to 90 days to be issued. you will need to pay for return shipping cost, the item will be inspected by quality control engineers for signs of unpacking/use/misuse, and can approve or disapprove your refund.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in its original new condition, and in the original packaging (Please do not unpack).
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.

Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps, including providing a return shipping address, if applicable.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange according to the options below.

Damaged or Defective Items

All units are individually thoroughly and meticulously inspected and tested by highly qualified quality control engineers at the manufacturing plant before packaging. Once approved for shipping, units are then securely packaged to withstand all types of conditions during shipping and transit.
If in the highly unlikey event you receive a damaged or defective unit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include exchange, or refund.

All units come with one year manufacturer warranty. If the unit you purchased malfunctions during the warranty period, you can contact our support at [nova.support@onlygreatproducts.online] to arrange for your unit to be shipped to the manufacturing plant for inspection, who will decide to repair/refurbish or exchange for a new unit, all at no cost to you, provided the item has not been misused/mishandled. you will be reimbursed for shipping cost.

OGP reserves the right to modify or update this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
